Getting Started

To start shopping at agmotorcycleapparel.com you will need to create an account and password. The account is free to create and there is no obligation to buy. Your information is safe and will never be sold or shared with anyone.

Order Difficulties

We will ask for your promotional/discount code during the checkout process.

Adding or Removing Items

Your shopping cart allows you to select products for purchase. You will be able to see the shopping cart on the right side of most of the pages. To put an item in the cart, click on the "Add to Cart" button on the item detail page. If you are not absolutely sure you want to  purchase the item you can still put the item in the cart and remove it prior to completing your purchse. If you decide to remove the item from your cart you can simply click on the "Remove" button before you finalize your order.

Checking Out

When you are finished shopping click on the " Check Out" button. First you will be asked to sign in if you are a returning customer or establish an account if you are new to our site. Once you have entered the required information simply click on the "Place Order" button and your done. A new screen will appear showing your order summary.

Our site is fully secure, which means that all information you send to us is encrypted as it travels over the Internet. To learn more about our security procedures, please review our Privacy Policy.

Verification of Information

As part of our committment to you our customer we will call to verify shipping information on any order being shipped to any address other than a billing address. We do this to protect you against the fraudulent use of your credit card.  This may cause a slight delay in the processing of your order.

Shipping Times


AGMotorcycleapparel.com will ship all products within 2-3 business days. Sometimes special circumstances arise and shipping may take a bit longer. If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way we will contact you by phone or email.

Shipping Damage


Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control.  Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping.  In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier.  We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.

Warranties


All of our products carry warranties and some carry extended warranties.  Warranty information can be obtained by emailing returns@agmotorcycleapparel.com.  ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A 10 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!

Returning Merchandise


AGMotorcycleapparel.com should be notified no later than 10 days after you receive your order should you want to return your merchandise.  ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A 10 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!

Returns are accepted: 
1) If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise.
2) If the merchandise is defective.

Returns cannot be accepted if:
1) The item has been used.
2) Theitem is not in the original packaging.


All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be preauthorized.  There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. (No restocking fee on exchanges.)  Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting  returns@agmotorcycleapparel.com.

AGMotorcycleapparel.com is not responsible for any misrepresentation of products by the manufacturer or by its distributors.  Pictures and descriptions are provided by the respective manufacturer.

Exchanging Merchandise


We will accept almost all exchanges.  Some reasons that will NOT ALLOW us to accept exchanges are:
1) Merchandise was ordered more than 10 days ago. (you must exchange with the manufacturer after 10 days)
2) Merchandise was mishandled (broken) by the purchaser.
3) Merchandise is used or not in a resalable condition.

All postage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. All exchanges must be preauthorized.  There is no restocking fee on exchanges. Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting  returns@agmotorcycleapparel.com.

 

Order Cancellations


1) Orders can be canceled only if the order has not yet been shipped.
2) There will be a 3% order cancellation fee on all orders paid for by credit card to cover the credit card processing fees.
3) Orders can be canceled by emailing us within 24 hours of order placement.
