    Will I be charged sales tax?

    We will only charge you sales tax if the order you place is being shipped in the state of Texas.  All orders outside of the state of Texas will not be charged sales tax.  Texas sales tax is 8%.  If you are a resident of Texas and have a resale certificate you will not need to pay taxes on your purchases.


    Can I have my item shipped to a different address?

    Yes we can ship your item to a different address. Your order may be delayed so that we may verify the shipping information with you. We do this for your protection as well as ours.


    How much is the shipping charge and what carrier do you use?

    Shipping is based on both destination and total package weight so it is nearly impossible to calculate exact shipping before knowing what you would like to order and where it is being shipped. To see shipping charges you may add merchandise to your shopping cart from our website, type in an address (your own will work) and see the charges. You will not need to submit your order to view the shipping charges of various carriers.


    What is the shipping time on my order?

    We usually ship orders within 1 business day.  UPS Ground is the most common method of shipping and is also usually the cheapest on orders over $25.00.  Transit times can range from 1-5 business days depending on your location. 

    We offer many different types of shipping.  Choosing a faster shipping method will cut shipping time but it may still take up to 2 business days for us to mail the package.  Choosing a faster shipping method is just what it means, faster shipping by the freight carrier, not faster processing in our warehouse.  We will be offering rush warehouse processing in the future.

     

    Do you ship to military addresses?

    At this time we have limited availability for shipping to military addresses. Please email us at support@agmotorcycleapparel.com with a listing of the items you wish to order and we will check on the shipping availability.
